Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible after delivery. Please share clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

We recommend opening and checking your parcel soon after it arrives, and recording an unboxing video for high-value or fragile orders.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. We will tell you the expected timeline when we confirm your refund.
